life insurance is a contract and binding agreement between individuals who are responsible for the insurance policy and the insurance policy insured either in the case of the insured (بیمهگذار)or at the time when it is specified that the insured is insured or the third party that has been determined by him. abstract dealing with the dimensions and nature of this type of investment contracts in iran in the domain of comparative legal studies and studying the kind of contracts is important among individuals. insurance insurance is defined in terms of contracts, and this type of treaty and contract are both necessary and equal to each other. but the commitment that exists between the insured against the insurance policy is insured only in the context of the policy of the insured and the obligation is committed to the time when the insurance premiums are paid. what is considered as the legal aspects of life insurance include the kind of investment, insurance redemption, facilities and the ability to mortgage, which is derived from this type of contract and the insurance law approved in articles 27 and 35. what is needed in this research is to investigate the legal aspects of life insurance and investment in iran, in addition to the rights used in the insurance laws, and the nature of its savings in response to the issues of life insurance in iran; but its saving nature is under consideration to all the risks that exist in society, but it is guaranteed to guarantee adherence to the guarantees that insured liability against disability or the existence of the insured person or death. as long as the insurance premiums are paid, the insurance policy is required to preserve the rights of insured, such as short - term capital, provision of facilities, the ability to mortgage insurance policy and contract the insurance law under 11 to 18 articles of insurance law.
