Investigating the mediating role of organizational culture in the relationship between professional ethics and prevention of corruption in the managers of supervisory bodies of Hamadan province

The present study is conducted to investigate the mediating role of organizational culture in the relationship between professional ethics and prevention of corruption in the theoretical apparatus of Hamadan province. The present study is an applied research and its purpose is to develop applied knowledge in this particular field. Also, this research is a part of correlational research from the point of view of method and has been given from the perspective of collector method which is a quantitative research. The statistical population of this research includes the theoretical devices of Hamedan province in 1399, the total number of which is 40 people. Measurement tools and professional ethics Questionnaire 16 questions Kadozir (2009), Organizational Culture Questionnaire 60 questions Zwan Lais (2006) and Corruption Questionnaire 23 questions Rahnavard et al. (1389) Budget. The results obtained from structural equations showed that professional ethics is effective in preventing financial corruption through the mediation of organizational culture in the theoretical apparatus of Hamadan province. Professional ethics also lead to corruption, and the organizational culture that can reduce corruption is formed as a mediating variable in the relationship between professional ethics and financial corruption, and this relationship is strengthened.
