fa آسیب شناسی فعالیت‌های موازی ‌در دستگاههای اجرایی با هدف منطقی سازی اندازه دولت عمومى General پژوهشي Research نا مناسب بودن اندازه نظام اداری در جوامع مختلف پیامدهای متعددی از جمله افزایش موازی کاری، تشدید بوروکراسی و افزایش مفاسد اداری و اقتصادی را برای آن جامعه بدنبال خواهد داشت. در بسیار از موارد موازی کاری ها متعدد با هدر رفت منابع از کارآیی و بهره وری انجام فرآیندها در نظام اداری می کاهد. وجود دستگاههایی با وظایف موازی و همسو می تواند هزینه های زیادی به دولت تحمیل کرده و با ایجاد پیامدهایی مشابه با اندازه غیر منطقی دولت شامل افزایش بوروکراسی، ناکارآمدی، طولانی تر شدن سلسله مراتب اداری، ناهماهنگی سازمان ها، تداخل وظایف و ایجاد مشکل در مواقع تصمیم گیری، مانع از پیاده سازی اقتصاد مقاومتی در کشور گردد. از این رو در بسیاری از جوامع در حال توسعه &quot;منطقی سازی اندازه دولت&quot; و &quot;حذف دستگاههای موازی و غیر ضرور&quot; را می توان یکی از مهم ترین ضروریات جوامع در حال توسعه دانست که در جهت اصلاح ساختار و رفع مشکلات بنیادین موثر می باشد. نتایج این پژوهش موید موازی کاری های متعدد در (8) محور می باشد که در بسیاری از موارد مانعی در مسیر چابک سازی اندازه دولت بوده است. The unsuitable size of the administrative system in different societies will cause several consequences for that society, such as increasing parallel working, intensifying bureaucracy also, increasing administrative and economic corruption. In many cases, multiple parallel working have reduced the efficiency and effectiveness of processes in the administrative system, due to wasting resources. The existence of devices with parallel and aligned tasks, can impose huge costs on the government, and prevent the implementation of a resistant economy in the country, through creating consequences similar to the irrational size of the government -including increasing bureaucracy, inefficiency, prolonging the administrative hierarchy incoherence of organizations, Interfering the tasks, and creating problems in decision-making occasions. Therefore, in many developing societies, &quot;<strong><em>rationalizing the government size</em></strong>&quot; and &quot;<strong><em>eliminating the parallel and unnecessary devices</em></strong>&quot; can be considered one of the most important needs, in order to reform the structure and solve the fundamental problems. It is effective.
