fa کندوکاوی ‌در شاخصه‌های مدیریت با محوریت مدیریت علوی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable طراحی مدل مدیریتی بر اساس مبانی و اهداف علوی از ضرورتهای جامعه امرزی است وبررسی سیره امام علی (ع) مبین کاربرد این اصول به شکل کامل و متعالی در فعالیتهای رفتاری ایشان بوده است لذا امید است بررسی سیره این امام همام ما را از غفلتی که تا کنون در پرداختن به مسائل مذکور دامنگیرمان شده است رهایی بخشد . کتاب نهج البلاغه بعد از قرآن بزرگترین دستور زندگی مادی و ومعنوی و بالاترین کتاب رهایی بخش بشر است و دستورات معنوی و حکومتی آن بالاترین راه نجات است (وصیت نامه سیاسی الهی حضرت امام خمینی (ره))و برپایی فرمان الهی مهمترین هدف سیاسی امام علی (ع) و حکومت نزد مولا به عنوان امانت الهی است . عدالت، صداقت، نظم و قانون از مهمترین مبانی سیاسی امام علی (ع ) است و در حکومت ایشان عدالت علوی قربانی هیچ مصلحتی نمی شود . نظارت بر عملکرد مدیران ، نزد آن امام بزرگوار به عنوان بستری برای اعتماد عمومی است . بسیاری از دستورات اخلاقی مانند راستگویی، امانتداری،محبت ورزی، دانش دوستی در مکتب آن بزرگوار بسیار ارزشمند است . Abstract: Desinging a managmen model based on alawite principles and goals is one of the necessities of todays society and examining the life of Imam Ali shows the application of these principles in a complete and transcendent way in its activities.therefore,it is hoped that the study of the biography ,of this Imam will free us from the negligence that has hitherto caught us in dealing with the mentioned issues. The book nahj al- balaghah is the greatest book of material and spiritual life after the Quran and the greatest book of human liberation ,and ita spiritual and governmental orders are the highest way of salavation (Imam khomeinis divine political will) and the establishment of the divin decree is the most important political goal of Imam Ali and the government under the title of divine trust .science ,honesty, order and law are among the most important political principels of Imam Ali, and in his rule, justice dose not sacrifice any interests.
