fa به سوی یک تئوری از حقوق مالکیت پول: تشکیل منبع عمومی از پول در طول زمان برای تمامی عاملین اقتصادی در طی تمامی زمان ها و برای تمامی نسل ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">حقوق مالکیت ابزار یک جامعه است و اهمیتش را از این حقیقت می‌گیرد که به فرد کمک می‌کند تا منطقا انتظاراتی را که می‌تواند در ارتباطش با دیگران داشته باشد</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">،</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> شکل دهد. وقتی مبادله‌ای در بازار انجام می‌شود</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">، دو بسته از حقوق مالکیت رد و بدل می‌شود، یک بسته از حقوق اغلب منضم به کالای فیزیکی یا خدمت است، اما این ارزش حقوقی است که ارزش آن چیزی را که مبادله می‌شود تعیین می‌کند. موضوعات مربوط به پیدایش و ترکیب اجزای این بسته از حقوق، مقدم بر موضوعاتی است که معمولا اقتصاددانان می‌پرسند. اقتصاددانان معمولا بسته یا نوع حقوق مالکیت را به عنوان داده می‌گیرند و به دنبال توضیح نیروهایی می‌روند که قیمت و تعداد واحدهای کالایی را که این حقوق منضم به آن هستند، تعیین می‌کنند. حقوق مالکیت بیان‌کننده حق نفع رساندن یا ضرر رساندن به خود یا دیگران است. یکی از وجوه مشخص نظام‌های اقتصادی، شیوه مالکیت است. دامنه نظام‌های اقتصادی از پذیرش مالکیت خصوصی صِرف تا مالکیت عمومی و الغای مالکیت خصوصی گسترده است. تعیین دقیق حدود حقوق مالکیت و مسائل مربوط به آن و تعیین میزان حق نظارت، در تخصیص کارای منابع نقش اساسی دارد. حقوق مالکیت، حقوق افراد برای استفاده از منابع است. این حقوق با قوانین رسمی و قدرت دولت و همچنین با سنت‌ها و رسومات اجتماعی برقرار و اجرا می‌گردد. در این تحقیق قرار است حقوق مالکیت پول به طور کامل تبیین شود. اولین نکته در بحث حقوق مالکیت پول، مالکیت پول نسبت به کالاها و خدمات است. از همین نکته لزوم تعریف حقوق مالکیت برای پول استنتاج می‌شود.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> از طرفی دیگر حفظ ارزش پول در طول زمان در علم اقتصاد یک اصل مسلم است. به‌طوری‌که می‌توان نتیجه گرفت</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">، حفظ ارزش پول در طول زمان همان حقوق مالکیت پول در طول زمان است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Property rights are a tool of a society and its importance comes from the fact that it helps a person to logically form the expectations he can have in his relationship with others. When an exchange takes place in a market, two bundles of property rights are exchanged, one bundle of rights often attached to a physical good or service, but it is the value of the rights that determines the value of what is being exchanged. The issues related to the origin and composition of the components of this package of rights precede the issues that economists usually ask. Economists usually take the package or type of property rights as data and seek to explain the forces that determine the price and number of units of the commodity to which these rights are attached. Property rights express the right to benefit or harm oneself or others. One of the characteristics of economic systems is the ownership method. The range of economic systems is wide ranging from the acceptance of private ownership only to public ownership and the abolition of private ownership. Accurately determining the limits of property rights and related issues and determining the amount of monitoring rights play a fundamental role in the efficient allocation of resources. Property rights are the rights of people to use resources. These rights are established and enforced by official laws and government power, as well as by social traditions and customs. In this research, the ownership rights of money are going to be fully explained. The first point in the discussion of money ownership rights is the ownership of money over goods and services.
