fa کاربست هوش مصنوعی در ارتقای دقت بهای تمام‌شده و بهره‌وری تولید صنعتی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">تعیین دقیق بهای تمام‌شده و ارتقای بهره‌وری تولید از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های مدیریتی در صنایع تولیدی به شمار می‌رود. پیچیدگی فرایندهای تولید، تنوع محصولات و افزایش حجم داده‌های عملیاتی موجب شده است روش‌های سنتی هزینه‌یابی پاسخ‌گوی نیازهای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی نباشند. در این پژوهش، با رویکردی تحلیلی</span><span arial="">&ndash;</span><span b="" mitra="">مروری، کاربست روش‌های&nbsp;&nbsp; هوش مصنوعی در بهبود دقت محاسبه بهای تمام‌شده و افزایش بهره‌وری تولید صنعتی بررسی می‌شود. روش پژوهش مبتنی بر مرور نظام‌مند مطالعات علمی فارسی و غیرفارسی منتشرشده در سال‌های اخیر و تحلیل محتوای آن‌ها است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد الگوریتم‌های یادگیری ماشین، با بهره‌گیری از داده‌های عملیاتی و بلادرنگ تولید، قادر به شناسایی روابط پیچیده و غیرخطی میان متغیرهای تولیدی و هزینه‌ای هستند و می‌توانند دقت برآورد بهای تمام‌شده را به‌طور معناداری افزایش دهند. همچنین، به‌کارگیری این روش‌ها امکان پایش مستمر هزینه‌ها، شناسایی انحرافات هزینه‌ای و بهینه‌سازی تخصیص منابع را فراهم می‌سازد که در نهایت منجر به ارتقای بهره‌وری فرآیندهای تولید می‌شود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد استفاده هدفمند از هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری کارآمد در پشتیبانی تصمیم‌های مدیریتی، بهبود عملکرد مالی و افزایش رقابت‌پذیری صنایع تولیدی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:1;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black">Accurate cost calculation and productivity improvement are among the most critical managerial challenges in industrial manufacturing. Increasing process complexity, product variety, and the growing volume of operational data have limited the effectiveness of traditional costing methods. This study adopts a systematic review and analytical approach to examine the application of data mining and artificial intelligence techniques in improving cost accuracy and enhancing industrial production productivity. The research is based on an in-depth review of recent Persian and international studies and a qualitative content analysis of their findings. The results indicate that machine learning algorithms, by utilizing real-time and operational production data, are able to model complex and non-linear relationships between production variables and costs, leading to more accurate cost estimation. Moreover, these intelligent approaches enable continuous cost monitoring, early detection of cost deviations, and optimized resource allocation, which collectively contribute to higher production efficiency.
