fa مدیریت وجوه عمومی درحقوق ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هزینه وجوه عمومی و نقدینگی دولت نقش مهمی در تحقق احکام قوانین بودجه سنواتی ایفا می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>کند. آزادسازی متناسب اعتبارات و هزینه آن توسط دستگاه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های اجرایی و نیز نقش نظام بانکی (اعم از بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و بانک<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های عامل) ضمن اثربخشی و کارامدی دولت<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها، می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>تواند ضامن انضباط مالی و حفاظت از بیت<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>المال گردد. این مقاله در تلاش است با رویکردی حقوقی، قوانین و مقررات مربوط به هزینه وجوه عمومی در حقوق ایران را تحلیل نماید. تدقیق در مبانی و منابع، مراحل هزینه و بررسی انتقادی آنها، محورهای این مقاله را تشکیل می<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>دهد. دستاورد این تحقیق، صرفنظر از تحلیل محتوایی این موضوع، بیان ضرورت<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>ها، مبانی و راهکارهای اصلاح نظام حقوقی حاکم بر هزینه وجوه عمومی است.<span dir="LTR"></span> The cost of public funds and government liquidity management have an important role in the realization of the provisions of the annual budget laws. adequate release and credit costs by executive agencies as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the banking system (including the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and agent banks) governments can ensure fiscal discipline and the protection of public funds. This article seeks laws and regulations related to the cost of public funds in its analysis of Iran&#39;s rights by legal approach. Accuracy in the foundations and resources, the cost stepts and critically examine are axis of this essay.
