An attitude in improving the financial productivity of the government with the approach of handing over non-governmental affairs

The Historical and legal experiences of development in the global economy show the fact that the disproportionate expansion of the volume of enterprises and economic interventions of the government leads to reduced productivity in resource allocation and slow economic growth and is one of the most important causes of economic underdevelopment.
During the last three decades and during the socio-economic developments of the country and in accordance with the legal principles and economic system outlined in the Constitution, especially principles (28) to (31) as well as principles (43), (44) and (45),We have seen the expansion of the government in areas of non-authority and unrelated to the main functions and governance, which has led to the establishment of an inefficient government economic system and passivity of the private sector and delays in economic growth and development of the country.In this article, by examining and identifying the governmental and non-governmental activities of the executive apparatus, an attempt has been made to provide appropriate solutions to increase the productivity of government organizations by delegating non-governmental affairs to the non-governmental sector. |
