| Abstract: Desinging a managmen model based on alawite principles and goals is one of the necessities of todays society and examining the life of Imam Ali shows the application of these principles in a complete and transcendent way in its activities.therefore,it is hoped that the study of the biography ,of this Imam will free us from the negligence that has hitherto caught us in dealing with the mentioned issues. The book nahj al- balaghah is the greatest book of material and spiritual life after the Quran and the greatest book of human liberation ,and ita spiritual and governmental orders are the highest way of salavation (Imam khomeinis divine political will) and the establishment of the divin decree is the most important political goal of Imam Ali and the government under the title of divine trust .science ,honesty, order and law are among the most important political principels of Imam Ali, and in his rule, justice dose not sacrifice any interests. Supervising the performance of managers is with that great Imam as a phat form for public trust . many moral precept such as honesty, trustworthiness, kindness ,knowledge and friendshipare very valuable in that noble school. |
