Given the many benefits that countries receive through attracting foreign capital, they have always sought to remove obstacles along the way and create the necessary reassurance in the mind of the investor.
In examining these barriers in our country, it seems that in addition to cultural, economic and political barriers, there are also huge structural and legal challenges, which in this article we have tried to first carefully identify the legal barriers to foreign investment in Iran. Then, to provide solutions based on the experiences of other countries, conventions and agreements in this regard. |
