different methods have been provided for the assets securization, but only a few of them have been accepted in the Islamic financial field for the religious confinement of buying and selling debt. Countries, which are mostly made up of muslim people, cannot meet their financial needs from interest-based financial markets, because in Islam, interest payment is forbidden. Therefore, they must use instruments such as Islamic securities (sukuk), which are based on Sharia. |
