Abstract:
Political and press crimes are among the crimes that, due to their special nature, which somehow deal with governance, government and public liberties, and because of their sensitivity, the legislator has decided to separate these crimes from other ordinary crimes and determine the same path for Dealing with them has actually given privileges to the perpetrators of these crimes, and this requires that these types of crimes be carefully identified and separated from other crimes, which has not been done at least in the case of political crimes in our country. In the case of press crimes, there are shortcomings in Iran's laws, and our goal in this speech is that by examining the laws of our country in the field of these crimes and comparing them with the laws of France, we can show some of these problems and shortcomings, so that perhaps in terms of improvement Laws become effective.
