| Public Finance law is considered to be one of the most important branches of public law in terms of how to regulate the collection and consumption of public resources. Public Finance law is also linked to other sciences because of the extent to which general education is subject to public law. The most important source of Public Finance law is the financial supervision of the Special Court, due to the sensitivity of several principles to public finance, including taxes, budgets, government receipts and payments.
