The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership on the work conscience of branch managers of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund in Mazandaran province. The present descriptive research method and the statistical population of the present study are all managers (heads, deputies and experts) of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund branches in Mazandaran province, numbering 46 people. Due to the limited statistical population, the entire population was considered as a sample using the census method. In this research, to collect the required data, questionnaires such as Bass and Elio (1993) Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Ball Work Conscientiousness Questionnaire (1994) and Warner Bark (2003) Relational Leadership Questionnaire were used. To analyze the research questions Two-way analysis of variance and independent t tests have been used. The findings of the research showed that the transformational leadership style and transactional leadership have a positive and significant effect on the work conscience of managers of Omid Entrepreneurship Fund branches in Mazandaran province, and transformational leadership has a greater effect on the work conscience of managers.
