One of the solutions to solving financial, political and corruption issues in countries is to create transparency, and one of the important examples of transparency is the issue of transparency in the appointment of managers. It seems that transparency in appointments has a higher importance and priority than other examples of transparency, including transparency in rights and benefits, because the feeling of discrimination, rent and communication in appointments among the people leads to pessimism towards the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. and the government cannot achieve economic justice and its results without paying attention to the principle of transparency. On the other hand, the managers' decisions directly affect the people, and accurate and efficient appointment based on laws and regulations will lead to the growth and development of the Islamic Republic of Iran and increase people's satisfaction. In this article, the issue of transparency has been discussed at first, and then the issue of transparency in the appointment of managers, governors, prefects and mayors has been examined using laws and regulations and in a descriptive-analytical method.
